Do you ever get an email with a guest survey from a hotel after one of your stays. Do you just hit delete when you see them? Well, you may want to consider filling out the next one you receive.

Hotel management rely on these surveys to improve the service of that hotel. It is a great way to correct a problem or call attention to extremely good service. If hotel management gets good reviews when their staff does a good job they will make the effort to keep them as employees. If they hear justified complaints it can also help remedy that situation.
